12. Request procedure and appeals

When you submit an access, correction, deletion, portability or opt-out request, describe the right requested and the email or account associated with the request. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify identity and prevent fraud. We will search the systems and records in scope, provide the result in a usable format where required, and explain any statutory exception or inability to verify. If your state provides an appeal, send the appeal to hello@isdkingnet.com with the request reference and reason you disagree.

13. Browser signals and consent choices

Cookie banners, account settings and recognized universal opt-out signals may control optional advertising or analytics technologies where required. A choice made on one browser or device may not apply to another. Essential processing needed to operate checkout, prevent fraud or honor a transaction may continue after an optional-marketing opt-out.

14. Security incidents and verification

We maintain incident-response procedures and will provide notices required by applicable breach-notification law. No email or support agent will request your password or full payment-card number. Report suspected account misuse or a security concern to hello@isdkingnet.com.

Browser Do Not Track settings may not control every technology. Links to third-party websites, social networks, payment pages or carrier tools are governed by those parties' notices. Review the recipient's terms before submitting information outside our service.
